Health coaching isn't the same as therapy or personal training. You won't be given a one-size-fits-all approach to nutrition or be told what to do to fix your sleeping habits. Instead, we'll work together as partners in your journey, forging a path toward a more sustainable wellness vision. Health coaching is a tool that can help make your goals a reality, whether it's incorporating more physical activity, managing daily stress, or finding ways to connect with others.
To build clinical hours toward my board certification requirements, Heartwood Wellness Co. is hosting a limited-capacity soft launch.
The Offer: A free 15-minute discovery call followed by six 30-minute sessions at $10 per session, unless a waiver is requested (no questions asked).
The Boundaries: This introductory rate is strictly capped at the first 10 clients to protect practice capacity and ensure high-end, dedicated care. All soft-launch sessions must be completed by December 31, 2026.

Once my 10 soft-launch slots are filled, Heartwood Wellness Co. will officially transition to a long-term, sustainable 3-tiered sliding scale model for 1:1 coaching packages. This model is designed to center health equity and collective liberation, offering accessible options alongside standard and sustaining rates. Final tier pricing will be published when slots open.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) or any other therapy methodology
Coaching is a method of peer-supported goal setting, not medical or mental health treatment. While I am happy to connect you with local resources, I cannot diagnose any health conditions or prescribe any treatments. Coach and coachee both reserve the right to terminate the coaching agreement/relationship at any time.
