Want to support health equity? Check out our Community Care Fund
We will go over what to expect from health coaching sessions, what you hope to get out of health coaching sessions, establish rapport, and answer any questions you may have.
Yes, I can work with anyone in the United States.
I am certified through Open Source Wellness, which is an NBHWC-accredited program. I plan to use coaching hours from the first 10 clients toward the requirements needed to sit for the national board exam in the fall of 2026 or spring of 2027.
Therapists look backward to heal past trauma, and doctors/nutritionists prescribe specific medical or dietary clinical treatments. As a Health Coach, I partner with you to look forward. We focus on behavior change, lifestyle integration, and sustainable habits based on your personal wellness goals.
My introductory $10 rate (or no-questions-asked financial waiver) is strictly limited to the first 10 foundational clients.
Once those 10 slots are filled, Heartwood Wellness Co. will officially transition to a sustainable, 3-tiered sliding scale model for 1:1 coaching packages. This scale is built on health equity principles, offering a lower Accessible Rate for those in financial survival, a Standard Rate, and a Sustainer Rate that directly sub-funds our community slots.
We also host a community mutual-aid fund for those who cannot afford the sliding scale. All current soft-launch clients will receive plenty of advance notice, transparent pricing breakdowns, and priority options before this transition happens.
Life happens, especially when you are navigating burnout, chronic illness, or mental health struggles. If you need to make a change, I deeply appreciate at least 24 hours’ notice for non-emergency cancellations.
To honor the unpredictability of our nervous systems, every client gets a one-time "Real Life Happens" grace card for a single no-show or late cancellation. If a second non-emergency late cancellation or no-show occurs, it will result in the forfeit of that session slot or session fee. Subsequent incidents will result in the termination of our coaching relationship without a refund to respect our shared scheduling boundaries.
There is absolutely no shame or pressure if your capacity changes and you need to step away from coaching before our 6 sessions are complete.
Because the soft launch is a specific, time-limited phase designed to help build our foundational workflows, any unused sessions will simply expire at the end of the soft launch period. Unused sessions are non-refundable, but you are always in complete control of your timeline and can choose to stop at any point that feels right for your nervous system.
I do not accept health insurance at this time. However, I deliberately keep my soft launch fees low, and offer fee waivers to ensure support remains accessible to those who need it.
Depending on your health insurance, you may be able to submit itemized receipts for reimbursement from your FSA or HSA. You will also need to submit a Letter of Medical Necessity from your provider to your FSA or HSA plan administrator.
Yes! I accept community funding via Gumroad to subsidize coaching sessions for systemically marginalized individuals. You can contribute any amount through my Heartwood Community Care Fund.
